As such, it is so helpful to be able to handle a burden like shopping, implementing and managing a health insurance program. That is what we do, and with our proprietary tools, we make the process of comparing, researching, and buying a plan efficient and easy.
The word broker is looked upon unfavorably in many businesses including health insurance, but something you should always understand in the small group market is the price is fixed by LAW. As such, whether you buy a plan through us or directly from an insurance company, you pay the same price for the same product by law.
Affordability – many business owners can’t find the funds or figure out a way to subsidize the cost of a good plan
Full-time versus Part-time employees – many small businesses are seasonal, pay their staff via 1099, or hourly, and sometimes as W2
employees. We find solutions either way.
Administrative burden – running a small business is hard enough, finding a staff member to manage the insurance program is normally not possible. We do most of that work free.
Service issues – business owners like the fact that we have leverage in the market, a great customer service model, and advocate for them first and foremost.
