As such, many start with 5 employees and turn in to 500 employees years later. We have loads of clients that started out years ago as tiny clients, who are now some of our largest. So fast growth, or acquiring other businesses to grow; these are some of the things with which we have years of experience.

We love to talk about what we have passion for and that is being a great, client-focused broker/consultant. We are normally functioning more like a consultant giving many services and forms of advice, but get compensated through brokerage commissions. When we compare what we earn (many times 50% LESS than your broker is charging now) and our services to an employer’s incumbent broker it is rare to be matched. We love an opportunity to talk about what we earn, how we earn it and how we are helping employer’s drive down costs. Other brokers and insurance companies seem to pad their profits.

Most clients have 3 big issues when looking for health plans:

Affordability – many business owners can’t find the funds or figure out a way to subsidize the cost of a good plan.

Network – the size and depth of an insurance carriers network can be a non-starter if they do not match up. In addition a normal 250 employee client has so many employees and their dependents to answer to, the job of moving from one insurance plan to another must be fully investigated to insure a huge disruption does not occur.

Administrative burden – moving insurance plans, switching insurance plans, changing contributions….all of these things can be burdensome to CFOs and their HR Staff, but we do all of the work. Just like mentioned above, we go way above and beyond and do more than your broker, just try us.
